RETAILER INFORMATION

Licensees Shall:

  • Keep all licenses and tax stamps posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.030(2))
  • Renew state license on or before the first day of May of each calendar year. (Section 311.240(4))
  • Report all changes in license information to the Supervisor in writing within ten days after such changes occur. (11 CSR 70-2.030(1))
  • Keep the licensed premises clean and sanitary. (11 CSR 70-2.120(1))
  • Keep all records pertaining to the business upon the licensed premises for a period of two years. (11 CSR 70-2.140(3)(B))
  • Maintain an orderly place or house at all times and immediately prevent or suppress any violent quarrel, disorder, brawl, fight or other improper or unlawful conduct of any person upon the licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.130(13)(A))
  • Immediately report illegal or violent acts occurring on or about the licensed premises to law enforcement authorities. Cooperate with law enforcement authorities. Cooperate with law enforcement authorities and liquor control agents at all times. (11 CSR 70-2.130(13)(B))

Licensees Shall Not:

  • Sell or supply alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of twenty-one years. (Section 311.310, RSMo)
  • Permit any person under twenty-one years of age to consume alcoholic beverages upon or about the licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.140(13))
 
  • Sell or supply alcoholic beverages to any person who is intoxicated or appears to be intoxicated. (Section 311.310, RSMo)
  • Permit gambling and gambling devices upon the licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.140(10))
 
  • Permit lewd entertainment and lewd activities upon or about the licensed premises which are prohibited by 11 CSR 70-2.130(14).
 
  • Possess, store, sell, give away or otherwise dispose of upon or about the licensed premises or permit any person on the licensed premises to possess, store, sell or offer to sell, give away or otherwise dispose of any controlled substance as defined in Chapter 195, RSMo. (11 CSR 70-2.140(15))
 
  • Purchase spirits, wine or beer from other than duly licensed Missouri wholesalers. (11 CSR 70-2.130(11))
 
  • Sell alcoholic beverages without a valid state license posted upon the licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.030(2))
 
  • Permit another person to operate the licensed premises. (Section 311.250, RSMo)
  • Refill liquor containers. (11 CSR 70-2.130(6))
  • Sell alcoholic beverages or store alcoholic beverages off the licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.140(5) and (12))
