WHOLESALER INFORMATION

Wholesalers Shall:

  • Keep all licenses and tax stamps posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.030(2))
  • Renew state license on or before the first day of May of each calendar year. (Section 311.240(4))
  • Report all changes in license information to the Supervisor in writing within ten days after such changes occur. (11 CSR 70-2.030(1))
  • Keep all records pertaining to the business upon the licensed premises for a period of two years. (11 CSR 70-2.140(3)(A))
  • Put the Missouri liquor license numbers of the retailers upon all invoices. Listings of retailers and license numbers are available from this Division (11 CSR 70-2.050(5))
  • Only sell intoxicating liquors and wines (with an alcohol content in excess of five percent by weight) at prices posted with this Division. (Section 311.336 RSMo)

Wholesalers Shall Not:

  • Change labels on alcoholic beverage containers. (11 CSR 70-2.060(1))
  • Sell spirits, wine or beer to other than duly licensed Missouri wholesalers or retailers. (11 CSR 70-2.050(4))
  • Store alcoholic beverages off licensed premises. (11 CSR 70-2.050(3))
  • Have a direct or indirect financial interest in a retail business. (Section 311.070 RSMo)
  • Make any gift of their products to any retail licensees. (11 CSR 70-2.040(6))
